Come to the Quinte West library on Tuesday July 15th and learn more about the broad selection of tools available to photo paint. Most of the tools are free. These tools allow freehand artists to work with a broad range of artistic brushes, colors, canvases and styling tools. For photographers there are nifty tools to stylize their photos with a touch of color, dramatic impressions, unique borders and frames. In short, this lesson unlocks imaginative and creative photo possibilities.
