The Campbellford Library has already been praised for it floral bounty on the outside. Now it has an exhibit by Spirit of the Hills artist Dania Madera-Lerman that adds distinctive floral and artistic beauty on the inside. Madera-Lerman’s art works adorn the walls and add a colorful flair on the inside:

The works are primarily rich mixed media with a Kokoshcka-like wide ranging expressionistic styling and fascination with dream and magic laden subjects. The exhibition has a wide sampling of Dania’s work from an early Conte drawing [ Figure in Six Lines] to some robust mixed media [Summer Flowers on Savona I and II].
However, to this viewer the favorite in the show is a sumptuous watercolor and oil:

But come to the library and see the show yourself – and decide which work strikes your fancy while getting a book , video or some free computer time.
