The poster says it all – the Port Hope’s Ganny Fest now has a worthy mid-Summer successor. There are all sorts of fun and games to be found – Beach Volleyball, Rock Paper Scissors Contest, Ice Cream Eating and the Belly Flop competition. And that is just the morning activities. Noon starts the river races: Regular canoe at 12 noon, Single Tub at 1:00, Crazy Canoe at 2:00, Instant Boat race at 3:00 and then the Double Ducky Derby Dash at 4:00. And for a night cap there are fireworks at dusk around 10:00PM. Sounds like August Long Weekend Fun to be.
