Cobourg’s Northumberland Hills Hospital has a choir that entertains themselves as much as the patients in the Complex Care Unit at the Hospital among other wards. Now that is a very good thing because the enthusiasm and joy that choir brings to its music and singing easily communicates across to the patients. One sees toe tapping, hands clapping and heads bobbing to the tune of the music. One hears supra-soprano, gravel basso, and tenuous tenor singing along at various times and vocal fidelity. But most of all you see like a candle lamp, flicker in the no wind – a sense of no small joy among the listeners. It rightfully gains an audience.
Thank you NHH Volunteer’s Choir.
